Unlock the Incredible Potential of Clove Oil

As many of you are well aware, I am a huge fan of essential oils. Several years ago I started researching the many different oils and the many different methods that they could be used. After years of fighting cold and flu season and having to deal with sick, snotty, and VERY contagious kids, I decided that we had to do something different. The journey I ended up on taught me a great deal about essential oils and I am forever grateful for all the people that helped educate me.

I now have an oil for almost every issue that my family could think of. And the best thing about the oils is that they have numerous uses. While we might use one for a cold or flu I have learned that the same oil can be used for cleaning and even disinfecting. Of the many oils I use clove oil is one that I have found to be most useful. Not only does it smell amazing but it has thousands of uses around the house or even outside the house. Here are some of the more interesting things that clove oil can do for you.

Clove oil is an antimicrobial, antifungal, antiseptic, antiviral, and aphrodisiac oil. It has been used to treat a variety of issues ranging from toothaches and indigestion all the way to stress and asthma. However the most widely used purpose of clove oil is for dentistry work. Almost every mouthwash and toothpaste has clove oil as a main ingredient.

If you have a serious infection on your skin such as scabies or if you have other skin issues such as athlete’s foot, clove oilcan be used to help end the problem. It can be used to reverse the effects of prickly heat, bruises, scraps, and other wounds. It is a natural antiseptic and therefor it will help clean your wounds and make sure that infection is either removed or that it doe not become a problem.

Eugenol is a natural chemical that has been used in the dentistry field for many years. What most people are not aware of is that clove oil has this very ingredient inside it. It is all-natural! That makes clove oil a great option for fighting mouth ulcers, toothache, gum pain, and many other issues you might have in your mouth. Clove oil has even been used to fight the formation of cavities in the teeth. In India they will use clove oil, every night, on their teeth to remove cavities from the teeth altogether.

Clove oil is also a great option for those of us that are struggling with the damaging effects of acne. The natural chemicals in the oil are great for soothing skin and reducing the amount of acne. Not only will it reduce acne but it will make your skin softer and much more healthy. Clove oil is one of those things that can be used for almost anything related to your body.

Research has also shown that clove oil is a great additive for your body to increase the power of your immune system. Many have discovered that this oil can help reduce the severity and the longevity of headaches, earaches, and muscle soreness. Many scientists have also found that it greatly reduces stress and blood pressure as well.

Take the time to read and study as much as you can about this awesome little ingredient. It certainly is an item that you need to have in your preps and you need to make sure you have it in your bug out bags as well.
